FFL TRANSFERS

$25 per serialized item & $100 per NFA item
We are closed on Satday,Sunday & Monday. Please notify us if you have ordered an FFL item to be shipped to us.
If a delivery attempt is made during the days we are closed. We will not be able to sign for it.
BUYING FROM AN ONLINE RETAILER / DEALER / MANUFACTURER
OUR FFL IS HERE
(1) Please download and email a copy of our FFL to the person/shop/company etc which you purchased the FFL item from. They MUST send us their FFL with the FFL item or we will be unable to transfer it to you.
(2) Please email dareingarmsoffice@gmail.com and inform us that you are having an FFL item shipped to us. Include your name, order number and any other information related to the transfer. Failure to do so may result in us receiving an item with no contact number and only a name to go off of. Tracking numbers are also greatly helpful in ensuring delivery, so please forward that information to us if available.
(3) Once we receive the FFL item in the shop we will contact you to come pick it up. Please note that we are closed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday Shipments can come in anytime between 930am and 7pm Just because a tracking number shows the item was delivered. Does not mean that it is in the shop and ready for pickup. Please allow us to verify the location and status of the FFL item. We receive many FFL transfers so it may take some time to sort and log them. We will always try to take care of your transfer the day it arrives but this is not always possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
BUYING FROM AN INDIVIDUAL OR PRIVATE SELLER ONLINE
OUR FFL IS HERE
(1) Please download and then email a copy of our FFL to the person/shop/company etc which you purchased the FFL item from.
(2) The Seller MUST attach a copy of their ID/Drivers License or other Government issued photo ID and a written letter stating the authorization to transfer the FFL item. This letter must list the manufacturer, model,caliber and serial number for the firearm. The letter must state whom it is being transferred to and have a contact number for the seller.
This letter must also be SIGNED and match the signature on the photo ID
If we do not have the information stated above WE WILL NOT TRANSFER THE ITEM.
(3) Please email dareingarmsoffice@gmail.com and inform us that you are having an FFL item shipped to us. Include your name, order number and any other information related to the transfer. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO PICK UP YOUR FFL ITEM
-$25.00 Per FFL item (Cash/ Debit Card)
-CHL (if you have one)
-Current Government or State issued identification
***PISTOLS, REVOLVERS & STRIPPED OR PISTOL RECIVERS REQUIRE A TEXAS ID***
If you have recently moved to Texas the following can be used instead of a Texas issued ID.
-Military orders showing you are stationed in Texas
-Documents to show residence in the state of Texas, such as a Water or eletrical bill, vehicle registration etc
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
Only the buyer of the FFL item matching the paperwork sent to us from the originating FFL will be able to complete the transfer. If you paid for it, you are the buyer/Transferee and will have to fill out the form 4473 to take possession of the FFL item.
Your friend, wife, husband, brother, sister or even your friend’s 2nd cousin’s brothers former roommate.
CAN NOT DO THE BACKGROUND CHECK IN YOUR PLACE.
If for any reason you are denied for the FFL item. It will remain in the building until such time as you are able to pass the 4473 background check. If you wish to return the FFL item, you will need to contact the company that sold the FFL item to you. They must send us a return shipping label included with email stating the reason for return request.
DareingArms LLC is not responsible for the terms and conditions of the dealer, manufacturer or any other entity that sent us the FFL item.
DareingArms LLC will not pay any fees related to 3rd party purchases and are not resposible for denied background checks.
