     All customers understand that any firearms & receivers sold online must be shipped to a verified FFL holder and are responsible for complying with all local and federal laws regarding firearm purchases in their respective state, city or county.
If you are unsure about local and or federal laws regarding firearms purchases please contact your local BATF office for more information. All NFA rules apply.

Warranty & Return Policies

All completed DareingArms LLC weapons and gunsmithing/refinishing work is lifetime warrantied and guaranteed to be fully functional at the time of shipping, if for any reason your weapon does not perform to your expectations please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Firearms Warranty & Return Policy

All completed DareingArms LLC manufactured firearms come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and/or defective parts.
However, This does not include problems which can be traced to the following,

• Improper/incorrect ammunition ( to include reloads and or handloads.)
• Customer modification and or part installation.
• Recoil buffers
• Incorrect and or unsafe operation of the weapon.

If the issue is with a part that is not manufactured by DareingArms LLC we will replace the damaged/malfunctioned part once we have received the part and it will be shipped Via UPS at no cost the the customer. We will also contact the respective company on your behalf to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.

        For Firearms that are not manufactured by DareingArms LLC but are sold as firearms transfers and/or ordered through us, we will contact the manufacturer/seller to settle warranty/return issues based on their respective policies.

        Returns and/or Refunds will be given on a case by case basis at the discretion of DareingArms LLC , this is due to the fact that our weapons are custom built to customer specifications and we want to fix any issues that could possibly arise or address any changes in customer specifications before discussing a refund and/or return. Please contact us at jenny@dareingarms.com with any questions. Pertaining to this matter. All personalized or engraved items are NON-refundable and cannot be returned.

Release Authorization
Once item has been dropped off for work/improvements customer authorizes DareingArms LLC to do as instructed for the repairs/manufactures or improvements done on said item. A time limit will be given as a estimated due date. This may change depending on the extent of the work needed. Any and all changes will need to be written and signed by the customer before completion on the job is done.

All payments are due upon receipt. Half of the payment before the order and half on delivery is acceptable if the amount put down is greater or equal to half of the original price. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. If the owner of the item that is being worked on has not come to collect said order after 30 days of completion without the order having been paid for upfront, the item then belongs to the ownership of DareingArms LLC. Any and all deposits will become non-refundable. All price changes depending on work needed will be consulted with the customer before the improvements are done. If customer does not give authorization then work is put on hold until authorized.

Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. Once the item has left DareingArms LLC it is no longer the company’s responsibility and it under the terms of the shipping agency. If an item is damaged during shipping, DareingArms LLC will not be held responsible. If the buyer is not available to receive an item that has been shipped to them and is returned to DareingArms LLC, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, and or parts/items have been ordered the buyer is responsible for payment.

All Engravings are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless engraved item does not match what was written on consent form by the customer. All engravings will be done as specified by buyer. Any pictures used for engraving will be attached to form.

DareingArms LLC abides by all State and Federal regulations and guidelines. As well as NFA compliance.

Custom Firearms/Items

All custom projects, both firearm and non firearm related, require a minimum 50% down payment to start the project. Once completed the customer has 30 days to pick up the item. After 30 days if the item has not be retrieved, DareingArms LLC will retain ownership of the item and any funds deposited. For items that are intended for shipment, the customer must provide final payment before the item is able to ship. For FFL items the customer is responsible for providing the FFL contact information to sales@dareingarms.com. Once the destination FFL has been verified, only then will the FFL item ship.


All ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned. If there is an issue with another companies’ ammunition sold through our website, we will be happy to take the complaint to them. We expect all ammunition to perform as the supplier advertises. If there is an issue and the ammunition company cannot resolve it to our satisfaction then we will no longer carry any of their products.
